🔥⚠️ ACCOUNT CHANGE & REFUND POLICY ⚠️🔥
To ensure stable Workspace/Team operation, the Shop will limit continuous adding – deleting – changing of accounts. Sellers, please confirm the customer’s ChatGPT email accurately before purchase.
🫙 Email change & refund — within 2 hours from the successful purchase time.
👉 Entered wrong email: support changing it to the correct email.
👉 Customer did not transfer money, does not want to use the package, or the transaction was unsuccessful: notify the Shop to activate the account and refund to wallet.
👉 If the Shop is offline, the Seller only needs to report the case that needs handling and make a new purchase to deliver to the customer immediately, no need to wait. When online, the Shop will check and refund the old order if it meets the conditions.
❌ No account changes are supported for subjective reasons or to continue using feature limits.
Requests from customers who have reached the limit on advanced features and then ask to switch to another account instead of waiting for the limit to reset are not accepted. The Shop has the right to refuse if the request is determined to circumvent usage limits, even if the customer provides other reasons.
If the ChatGPT/Gmail account is disabled or encounters actual errors, please send the information/error screenshots for the Shop to check and handle according to the warranty policy.
Full warranty ≠ arbitrary account change. This restriction is to prevent policy abuse, reduce unusual member operations, and help the Workspace operate stably in the long term for all Sellers.
👉 Please confirm the customer’s ChatGPT email accurately before purchasing.
