Gravity Forms Square Addon connects your WordPress forms to Square so customers can pay by card without leaving the page. Instead of sending buyers to a separate checkout, you collect payment inside the same form they just filled in. It is built for site owners who want a simple, dependable way to take payments through Gravity Forms and Square.
Key Features of Gravity Forms Square Addon
The addon links your Square account to Gravity Forms and adds a Square payment field to the form builder. You choose the field, set the amount, and publish. No custom code and no separate payment page are needed.
- Connect your Square account directly from the WordPress dashboard
- Add a Square payment field to any Gravity Forms form
- Accept card payments without leaving your site
- Charge fixed amounts or let the form total calculate the price
- Test transactions in sandbox mode before going live
- Works with standard Gravity Forms notifications and confirmations
Benefits and Use Cases
Any form that needs money attached to it becomes easier to run. Use it for product orders, service deposits, event tickets, donations, or membership sign-ups.
Because the payment step lives inside the form, you cut drop-off. Customers fill in their details and pay in one flow, and you keep the entry and the transaction together in one place.
Why Choose This Product?
Gravity Forms Square Addon keeps your stack small. You already use Gravity Forms for leads and orders, and Square for payments, so this addon joins the two instead of adding another plugin or platform. Setup is quick, the field behaves like any other Gravity Forms field, and updates are handled like a normal WordPress plugin.
